What we collect

• Contact details you type in: name, email, optional phone and your message
• Permission to store your details and reply to your message
• Any product context or sizing assessment you choose to include with your message; you can remove it before sending
• The product category associated with a contextual contact link, where applicable
• How you arrived: the referring website host and any campaign (UTM) tags in the link, captured once per visit
• If you allow analytics: event names such as page view, with the page path only

What we do not collect

• Payment details. This website does not take payments.
• Analytics events unless you choose 'Allow analytics'
• Query strings or contact details in analytics events

How it is used

To reply to your message and provide the advice or quote you request. Messages are stored on the website's server for Belinda to review. The contact form does not subscribe you to marketing. No automatic emails are currently sent from the website. The sizing tool can be used without sending a message or providing contact details.

Stored in your browser

• Sizing tool drafts, saved scenarios and selected location (local storage, on your device only)
• Your analytics preference (local storage)
• Visit source and any attached assessment (session storage, cleared when the tab closes)

Third parties

Address searches in the sizing tool are sent to OpenStreetMap Nominatim and coordinates to Open-Meteo for weather data. Owner sign-in is handled by Clerk. Installer partners receive details only if you ask for an introduction and it is arranged.

Access, correction and questions

Contact hello@poolheatingchick.com.au or 0403 563 953 to access, correct or ask for deletion of your enquiry details. Retention periods and complaint handling will be confirmed after review.
